History:
The Association started in 2002 and on 30/11/ 2005 it was renamed ONLUS Association. The Association is recognized as a National Association for Fibromyalgia patients, but every region in Italy has a regional association. The main objective of this organization has been, and is, to organize the patients' group in order to understand the disease and related problems and to support the patients.
Objectives:
- To organize the patients in order to achieve National recognition of Fibromyalgia by the National Health Association (Ministero della Salute).
- To support the patients in the treatment of the disease through meetings, congress and presentations, etc.

Expectations from the Network
This is a very interesting Association that encourages relationships between different Countries and cultures and it is an opportunity to achieve the recognition of the disease by the EMEA. However, it is very important to help the patients understand and live with the disease. Finally to achieve good working relationships in order to win the battle.

10-01-2010: Myopain conference
October first till October 3th the Myopain conference will be held in Toledo Spain. ENFA will folow this and discuss the outcome in their anual meeting in La Coruna of October 8th

From October 8th till October 10th ENFA member ACOFIFA will organize the First European Forum of Fibromyalgia in A Coruna, Spain

10-14-2010: Annual meeting F.E.S.
On October 14th the Dutch Fibromyalgia association F.E.S. wil have there annual general meeting. On that meeting they will speak about the plans for the upcoming years. Afterwards there will be a special event for the volunteers in order to thank them for there work during the year. More information can be found on the website of the Dutch fibromyalgia association after the summer holidays. This website can be found by the participants.
